seriously, look at a gnosis..it does everything you need/asked for just now. and its very forgiving of your lack of weapons skills. as for covertness.....i put a cloak on EVERY ship that has a utility high (personal quirk i quess).....just saying...

i got 550 dps with one of each weapon type, lazor, blastor, missile, and autocannon, and hob IIs. lol and a decent ASB shield boost set up to boot. i DUAL TANKED it, and as funny as it seemed, i believe it would be great in pvp, the never-ending ...

ive taken your standard CNR and replaced the faction xl-booster with an XL ancillary shield booster, and the AB with a micro-jump drive. with an effective range of 150km, its a simple task to mjd out 100km and pop npcs well out of their effective...

a small gang of tengus, with a RR carrier backup inna WH is a thing to behold. not something your random roaming gang is gonna mess with, and you can make some killer isk running just a few hours with a fleet like that.

ive tried a raven for pvp......im lucky to have made it out alive.....trailing smoke and praying to all that is holy......... its slow to align, be ready before you engage. use an mjd. it and ecm drones saved my a$$. your best bet is torps, at 1...

with all Vs and my cruise missile clone, my CNR that i use all the time, is lock and fire at 155km, 851dps un-heated just missiles. not counting drones. its not what the OP asked for, i just hate trolls who use a spreadsheet program to talk mad sh...

i fly a loki in W space, i fly several ships in W, everyone of them has a cloak. i find the cloaky subsystem useful in many situations, but if you spend any time in a WH, you know how to balance your safe BMs and your cloak timer. so, if it was me...
